JSAI 2025

Attending this biggest annual AI event in Japan since 2004 has always been fun but chairing and participating society meetings, discussion panels, working groups, etc. make these conferences feel more and more exhausting. During ELSI session we organized with the society ethics board I joken about AI version of Hitoshi Matsumoto but didn't get much laugh. He's got some problems recently, but I thought it's even funnier as only his AI persona would be on sale.

JSAI 2025

With co-organizers and co-presenters of "Human-AI Collaboration: Toward Social Consensus on Agency and Morality" session. Everybody except me is an ethisist. And my former student Masashi Takeshita, who is missing from the pic, also plans to get his second PhD in ethics/philosophy.
