On Monday, September 30, 2024, our laboratory participated in a course introduction event for first-year undergraduate students. This event aims to introduce research activities of various laboratories to first-year students who are about to choose their course of study.
At this event, our laboratory presented the following exhibits:
Research Demo Display: We exhibited actual wafers used in our research.
Poster Presentation: We introduced an overview of our laboratory and our main research themes.
Real-time Electromagnetic Field Simulation Experience: Our popular real-time electromagnetic field simulation from last year has been upgraded! This time, we presented it as a new “Optical Device Design Game”. In this game, participants can experience optical device design more intuitively, allowing them to feel the excitement and depth of research.

It was a wonderful opportunity for first-year students to experience a glimpse of cutting-edge research.
Thank you to everyone who visited! We hope to see you again in the Media Network Course.
