Conference held at Saitama, Japan, from March 7-10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information on the presentation (speaker and title)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nakamura (2nd year of doctor degree at the time of presentation), &#8220;High-tolerance mode multiplexer based on 3-stage cascaded wavelength insensitive coupler.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nishijima (2nd year of master degree at the time of presentation), &#8220;Control of group delay spread in ring-core fiber with off-axis air inner cladding.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muratsubaki (2nd year of master degree at the time of presentation), &#8220;Dual mode 3-dB power splitter based on quasi-adiabatic coupler for the 2 \u00b5m wavelength band.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maeda (1st year of master degree at the time of presentation), &#8220;A study on Peltier-free Si wavelength filter using a Mach\u2013Zehnder interferometer toward DWDM applications.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Konishi (4th year of bachelor degree at the time of presentation), &#8220;A study on characteristics of group delay spread in heterogeneous coupled two-core fibers designed by zero modal dispersion condition.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special commemorative speech at OPE Outstanding Student Award Ceremony<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yoshida (2nd year of master degree at the time of presentation), &#8220;A study on a PLC-based six-mode multi\/demultiplexer using Y-branch mode
