In January 2026, our laboratory held a joint hot spring trip and New Year’s party with the Intelligent Communications Laboratory. We stayed at Horohoro Sanso, which provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen our relationships beyond the boundaries of our laboratories.

The inn offered delicious meals and relaxing baths, allowing all participants to heal their daily fatigue. After dinner, we held games with mixed teams from both labs to deepen our interaction, resulting in some intense and exciting competition.

This trip was planned and organized primarily by the M2 students from both laboratories. Additionally, many others helped make the event possible, such as by providing car transportation. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who helped create these wonderful memories.

Through this trip, the bonds between our laboratories have deepened, and we were able to get off to a great start for our research activities in 2026. Let’s work hard together again this year!
