LaCATODA 2024 @ PRICAI'24

Kyoto University hosted our 9th Linguistic and Cognitive Approaches to Dialog Agents Workshop, this time under the umbrella of PRICAI (Pacific Rim International Conference on Artificial Intelligence). We had 7 presentations from young researchers and invited talk from Prof. Erik Cambria from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. I need a break from organising, next LaCATODA (10th!) maybe in 2026? We will see. Weak Japanese yen makes it very expensive for us to participate in International Conferences abroad.
