対象者は、必ず期限内にGoogleフォームから回答してください。
なお、就職予定の方で期限内に回答をしなかった場合、特に学校推薦を希望する方は不利益を被る可能性がありますので、注意してください。

対象
令和8年度に工学部情報エレクトロニクス学科を卒業予定の者（2027年3月卒）
令和8年度に情報科学院 修士課程、博士後期課程を修了予定の者（2026年6月～2027年3月修了）
※進学を希望する、および自由応募のみで就職活動を行う方も必ず回答してください
内容：進学・就職の予定の有無および具体的な就職希望先の調査
