This work was performed in a collaboration with Radiation Biology Laboratory at Graduate School of Veterinary Medicine, Hokkaido University, Novosibirsk Institute of Organic Chemistry in Russia, and West Virginia University in the US.

  • A grant approcation regarding EPR imaging of pH and oxygenation in tumor has been approved by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).   • The study of organic synthesis for 15N-labeled TEEPONE radicals has been accepted for publication in Tetrahedron Letters. This accomplishment is a part of the NEXT program, and performed by the joint-research team of Prof. Arimoto group at Tohoku University, Prof. Fujii group at Sapporo Med University, and Hokkaido University.
