本研究室に在籍した修士２年生４名，学部４年生４名に学位記が授与されました．夕方開催した追い出しコンパでは，しゃぶしゃぶを楽しみながら，卒業論文集，修士論文集の授与，卒業修了生からのスピーチなどを行いました．修士学生は半分博士に残るので，２名のみが４月から研究室をはなれます．お元気で！
Four master course students and four undergraduates completed their degrees. Congratulations! Farewell party was held and lab's members enjoyed delicious "syabu-syabu", short speeches from students, and conversations.
2017年3月15-18日に中央大学後楽園キャンパスで開催された精密工学会春季大会学術講演会に，DC3から1名，DC2から1名，MC2から4名，MC1から1名の計7名が参加し，研究発表を行いました．

北大情報科学研究科で開催された精密工学会北海道支部学術講演会にて，DC2から1名，MC2から4名，MC1から1名の計6名が研究発表を行いました．ポスター発表でじっくりと討論できました．4年生もアルバイトで参加しました．#会場がホームだからか，集合写真がありませんでした．．．
One doctor course student and five master course students made poster presentations of their researches at 2017 Japan Society for Precision Engineering Hokkaido branch meeting held at our building. We got a lot of useful advice and comments related to our researches. Undergraduate students also attended as part time jobs.
社会人博士課程２年生の脇坂英佑氏（新菱冷熱㈱），修士２年生の森谷君が岡山理科大学で開催されたCAD Conference 2017に参加して，空調設備の最適レーザ計測方式，ならびに，配管系等計測点群の高精度位置あわせとモデリングに関する研究発表を行いました．
Mr. Eisuke Wakisaka (PhD candidate, DC2, Shinryo Corp. Ltd.) and Mr. Moritani (MC2) attended CAD Conference 2017 held at Okayama University of Science, and made a presentation of their research about Next-Best-View planning for Terrestrial Laser Scanner based on a 3D environmental model generated by Structure-from-Motion, and accurate simultaneous registration and modeling of laser-scanned point clouds of piping system.
精密工学会大規模環境の3次元計測と認識・モデル化技術専門委員会で，修士課程2年の森谷君と修士課程1年の加藤君が，「TLSキャリブレーションと点群からの特徴抽出」という題目で発表を行いました．
Mr. Moritani and Mr. Kato introduced research papers on TLS calibration and feature extraction from point clouds, in a seminar of the JSPE Technical Committee.
今年も川崎市産業振興会館にて開催されたSPAR2017J 第13回3次元計測フォーラムにて，研究室の研究紹介とデモを行いました．今年はMC2森谷君とMC2橋川君が説明員として参加しました．

社会人博士課程２年生の脇坂英佑氏（新菱冷熱㈱）が台湾の国立台湾大で開催されたICCBEI-2017 (International Conference on Civil and Building Engineering Informatics)にて，空調システムの大型設備を地上型レーザスキャナで効率良く高精度に計測するため最適スキャナ配置(Next-Best-View, NBV)計画に関する研究発表を行いました．本技術は，Structure-from-Motionで生成した３次元環境モデルを参照しながらNBV問題を計算機で解くもので，高精度なas-built モデル化が行える最適なレーザスキャナの設置位置を自動的に見つけることが可能です．
Mr. Eisuke Wakisaka (PhD candidate, DC2, Shinryo Corp. Ltd.) attended ICCBEI-2017 (International Conference on Civil and Building Engineering Informatics) held at National Taiwan University in Taipei, and made a presentation of his research about Next-Best-View planning for Terrestrial Laser Scanner based on a 3D environmental model generated by Structure-from-Motion where the optimal scanner placements realizing accurate as-built modeling can be found in an automatic way.
